| In order to assure quality care, Tom Thumb Child Care Center maintains all the standards developed by the State of Illinois for licensed child care centers. Our staff will work with you to develop your child socially, emotionally, physically and mentally. Children participating on a full time basis will be educationally prepared to enter kindergarten. |

as visual skills.
